AP – Ocean Springs Mayor Connie Moran, the Democratic candidate for state treasurer, said the officeholder must take a more active role in Mississippi’s economic development. Speaking Monday at a luncheon sponsored by the Capitol press corps and Mississippi State University’s John C.
